January 19-20, 2010 Union Meeting

December 4, 2009 - There was a two-shift Union Meeting held on January 19-20, 2010 at Mid-Town Plaza in the lower level conference room at 7:00 p.m. Agenda items were submitted and discussed/voted upon as outlined below in the minutes to this meeting. The door prize for this Union Meeting was $275. Pat Holdings' name was drawn and subsequently disqualified for this meeting's door prize. (You must be present at one of the meetings to win.)

  3. Discuss and possibly take action on requesting the City to change its hiring requirements to include 30 hours of College or 2 or more years of active duty service in the Military with an Honorable Discharge.
    -Motion to request City to change hiring requirements through consultation and/or negotiations to include 2 or more years of Military Service to equal the 30 or more hours of College.

Door prize: Pat Holding was drawn for the $275.00 door-prize. Pat was not present at either of the meetings therefore forfeits his eligibility to win.
